 PSYCHIATRIC PRESCRIBERS​

​

                                            Kelly Lawrence, LPC, CRNP, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified                                                                               Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with certification Across the Lifespan.  Kelly                                                        provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to                                                      individuals age 5-65+.  She received her BSN in 2020 and MSN in 2023                                                          from Wilkes University. She holds an active license in Pennsylvania as a CRNP                                            with prescriptive authority.  Kelly uses a holistic, person-centered, strengths-                                               based approach with her clients and keeps up-to-date on evidence-based           treatments to insure her clients are receiving exceptional care.  She individualizes care to the needs of each person she meets and offers a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. 

Before furthering her education, Kelly practiced as a licensed professional counselor since 2005. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000 and her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College in 2002. Throughout her career she has helped others in various capacities including addictions treatment, partial hospital care, intensive outpatient treatment, wrap-around services, program coordination and outpatient services.

Since 2008, Kelly has been in private practice serving the lake region and became the Owner of

Arbor Vitae Behavioral Health in 2018.

THERAPISTS

 

                                                    Baylee Johnson, BS, MA candidate (August 2024) - Counseling Intern Possessing a                                                     Bachelor's degree in Human Services, with a focus on addiction from Lackawanna                                                         College, Baylee is currently working on obtaining her Masters in Clinical Mental                                                               Health Counseling, expected in August 2024. While relatively new to the counseling                                                       profession, Baylee brings substantial life experience to her role and is driven by a                                                       profound desire to assist others, inspired by the support she received from her own therapist. Baylee has experience providing individual and group counseling services through her role at an addictions outpatient center and as a crisis counselor.

Outside her professional journey, Baylee cherishes moments with her loved ones, finding joy in the company of her rescue dog, Rusty. Eager to learn and grow, Baylee approaches her internship with an open mind and a genuine enthusiasm for embracing feedback. Her commitment to making a positive impact shines through, making her a valuable addition to our team.

                                              Kamon Kolheffer - Administrative Assistant Kamon has been working in the medical                                                    field for about 8 years.  He truly enjoys making a difference in people's lives with the                                                      services we provide.  He will always do his best in any situation and is genuinely here to                                                help anyone who needs it.  He enjoys spending time with family, his cats, fishing and                                                      watching sports.  Kamon is a great addition to the team and we are always glad to see                                               his smiling face behind the window.  He personally coined a new motto for the practice: "Teamwork makes the Dream work!"

FUTURE PLANS

​

Arbor Vitae Behavioral Health is anticipated to grow into a practice with several clinicians in the next few years.  As the practice grows, the clients we serve can expect to continue to receive the quality, personalized care they have come to know from Kelly since 2008.
